Support for individuals
We provide individualized, customized, one-on-one support:

We offer individuals both coaching and group training sessions. Through our individualized coaching, we offer a goal-oriented, personally-tailored, confidential learning alliance which allows emergent understanding to come to fruition as you begin the process of leveraging cultural diversity. Our training sessions represent an additional and complementary method to empower this learning alliance
Coaching:
- Gives the executive the opportunity to share personal concerns and work through issues which may be holding them back from realizing their full potential.
- Helps the executive gain new or modified perspectives via questions and analysis guided by a coach who is outside the organizational politics
- The collaborative relationship, between the indivdual and the coach, enhances and facilitates lasting changes which in turn facilitate the quick acquisition of goals
Group training sessions
- Ideal for global minded individuals, independent executives and small businesses
- Individuals can reap the benefits of group activities and sessions which simulate various cross cultural situations
- NOTE: Session targets will be predetermined and preannounced and may be determined, in whole or in part, by requests made by potential attendees
