Mr. Sharaf has extensive training in the field of intercultural consulting, coaching and training, including certification from the IKUD - lnstitut für lnterkulturelle Didaktik e.V. - in Göttingen, Germany. However, Mr. Sharaf has not just ‘learned’ about the issues and barriers to cross cultural relationships, he has lived them; he consults, coaches and instructs, in the field of Intercultural relations, not just from a basis of theoretical knowledge but from a lifetime experiential viewpoint. Incorporated into this viewpoint is understanding and application of Aikido. His multicultural and aikido backgrounds enable him to establish a well centered intercultural atmosphere which enhances the learning process.
